A: Navigate to the top of this page and select REGISTER FOR TRIP. Then, do a little dance (optional but recommended) while you fill out the online form with your details. Try and have your valid passport handy as there's a section designated just for passport details. Don't have a passport yet? No worries. Simply click the box in the form letting us know you'll be getting one. After you hit submit, check your inbox for a confirmation email. That's it. You're all signed up.
A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY IN JAMAICA.*
Required, along with one (1) blank page for entry stamp.
A COMPLETED & SIGNED IMMIGRATION/CUSTOMS C5 FORM IS REQUIRED.
Required, and to be completed before arriving in Jamaica. More information about the Immigration/Custom C5 Form will be included with your travel documents.
* As indicated on your passport, if your passport expires within six (6) months of your date of departure you may be denied entry into some countries. Each country comprises their own entry requirements which can change at anytime without notice. Therefore, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND renewing your passport if set to expire within 6 months past trip dates. It is the responsibility of every guest to understand the entry requirements of each country they visit. Your flights will be booked using the legal information provided on your registration form. A flight itinerary will then be sent to you approximately 30 days prior to departure in your travel documents, and will include your airline reservation confirmation #.
Having your airline confirmation # allows you to look up your flights, either online or on your airline's mobile app, and do things like review your flight details, enter traveler numbers (if applicable), or check in for your flight and get boarding passes, digital or printed, up to 24-hour prior to departure*. Also available on certain flights (and at at your own expense) you may be able to upgrade for more leg room and/or pay for checked baggage*.

Look for trip emailers (sent to the email you provided on your registration form) at approximately 45, 30, and 7 days prior to departure. Emailers will contain helpful reminders, useful links, and the most up-to-date information about the trip you need to know.
Travel documents will be sent to the mailing address provided on your registration form at approximately 30 days prior to departure. Included in your travel documents:A flight itineraryYour airline reservation confirmation # (to look up your reservation)Immigration & customs entry/exit informationCustom bag tagsName badge and lanyardWelcome Book (detailing the entire trip including a daily itinerary)Post-departure travel insurance confirmationAny other pertinent trip information needed before you goBRING ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS WITH YOU ON THE TRIP ALONG WITH YOUR PASSPORT.
